Our Moscow trip started at Vienna international airport. To feel Russia from the very begining we have chosen Aeroflot for our flight to Moscow. Aeroflot uses rather old aircrafts for domestic flights but for flights to European union they use new Airbus aircrafts. We have not experienced any rude crew or drunk passangers which are probably rumors only. We only met nice Russian women.
